Barack Obama on the Death Penalty

Barack Obama wrote in his recent memoir that he thinks the death penalty "does little to deter crime.
" But he supports capital punishment in cases "so heinous, so beyond the pale, that the community is justified in expressing the full measure of its outrage by meting out the ultimate punishment."

The justice system is no-longer about truth in justice.
It is about getting to the next level in the judiciary system.or points as you would call them.
There are so many men behind prison walls that have been wrongfuly convicted due to ineffective council, brought on from revenge from a former spouse or ex-girlfriend trying to convict them of molesting their own children for trying to get custody.
The witch-hunt is here. My son did not get effective council nor did the stories alone that his ex stated get him released. WHAT!!
There will be many more then my son
now that the truth of convicting men of molestation can be done easily, without any evidence. because the jury will err on the side of caution and truth no longer matters. all that matters is that they will get money for him in prison and the prosecution will move to the next step in the ladder of this witch hunt.
He was also denied an appeal and there was no explanation.
Hope this doesn't happen to your kids in the future because it is getting around now. And i will make sure that people know innocent people are being put into prison. Darlene Kane (working class poor)
